The Process for Your Bathroom Renovation
In-Home Consultation
Our builder will visit you at home to discuss your renovation ideas and answer questions. We will recommend design and building solutions and measure your project space to ensure an accurate quotation.
Quotation & Acceptance
A detailed quotation will be provided to you within 7 days.
Upon acceptance of the quote, we will provide a contract for the project works to be signed.
Design & Product Selection
We will work with you to design your new layout, select joinery, plumbing fittings, electrical layout and paint colours.
Our design team will assist you with selecting the right products, with the help of our large range of suppliers, to truly transform your bathroom.
Building Inspection
Upon completion of final drawings, we will arrange an in-home consultation to discuss all the specifics of your plans. This consultation is designed to give you a detailed perspective of how the layout of the room will be upon completion.
Preparation & Demolition
Our team will prepare your home to protect existing surfaces in preparation for your building project.
This is where we take the existing space and strip it back to its shell, ready for the next process.
Carpentry Works
Our carpentry team will prepare the space as per our detailed plans.
Service Rough-In
Our plumbers and electricians will ensure services are moved to their new locations ahead of the plastering.
Plastering
The walls and ceiling are re-plastered with water-resistant plasterboard.
Waterproofing
Our 7-year guaranteed waterproofing membrane is installed to ensure your new bathroom will remain watertight.
Tiling
Our tiling team will use your selected tiles and install them on your floors and walls.
Joinery
All joinery is custom designed and measured to suit your new space. This quality cabinetry is then installed to fit your new designer bathroom.
Caulking
The caulking will be installed to all internal corners to ensure complete water tightness.
Fit-Off
This is where your new bathroom starts to really take shape; our tradesmen install your selected fittings and fixtures.
Shower Screen
Our glaziers will measure and install your custom-made shower screen to ensure a perfect fit.
Clean
Our professional cleaning team will deliver your new bathroom ready for you to enjoy.
